Every vendor in The Wedding Scout directory is manually verified against Google Business Profiles, state records, and direct outreach. We accept no payment for placement. If you believe a listing is inaccurate or out of date, please email us and we'll re-verify within 7 business days.
Response time: typically within 48 hours, Monday–Friday.
What We Can Help With
The Wedding Scout research team verifies every vendor listing against current Google Business Profiles and direct outreach. If you've noticed a phone number that's changed, a business that's closed, a website that redirects elsewhere, or a review count that looks wrong, we want to know. Our directory is only as useful as its accuracy.
Report a Vendor Issue
Use the email below to report any listing issue. Include the vendor name, the specific problem you noticed, and the correct information if you have it. We review all reports within 48 hours and update the directory as quickly as our verification process allows. We do not accept payment for listing corrections or upgrades — our verification process applies equally to every vendor in the directory.
Suggest a Vendor
Know a Birmingham or Alabama wedding vendor who should be in our directory? Send us their business name, category, and contact information. We'll run them through the same verification process we use for all listings: Google Business Profile check, website verification, and review count confirmation. If they meet our standards, they'll be added in our next directory update.
Our Research Methodology
Every vendor in The Wedding Scout directory has been verified against their Google Business Profile, active website, and current review count. We cross-reference business addresses, confirm phone numbers are active, and check that websites are functioning and relevant to the listed category. Vendors that no longer operate, have relocated without updating their profile, or have been reclassified by Google are removed from our directory. We update the directory continuously rather than on a fixed schedule.
